Winna Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

• Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or any automated tools.
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches or vulnerabilities in any game.
• Placing coordinated group bets (arbitrage betting) to exploit bonus offers.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Impersonating a Winna employee or representative.

Winna takes the privacy of its users' personal data extremely seriously. All data is protected with SSL encryption and managed in accordance with international data protection standards.

• Information collected at registration is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and legal compliance.
• Winna does not sell personal information to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed when required by law or at the request of a regulatory authority.

Winna provides its platform on an "as is" basis. Winna is not liable in the following situations:

• If a bet is missed due to loss of internet connection, device failure, or a third-party service outage.

• Inactive Accounts: If there is no transaction activity for 12 consecutive months, your account may be marked as inactive. If you have a balance, you will be notified.
• Self-Exclusion: You can activate a temporary or long-term self-exclusion at any time. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account or place any bets.
